from Toronto:
Simcoe St (exit 417) from 401 exits onto Bloor St. E;
left on Bloor St. & left on Simcoe St
LVIV Blvd is the first street on the right hand side over the 401
from Belleville:
Ritson Road / Simcoe St (exit 418) actually exits onto Drew St
Continue north to First Avenue, turn left
Continue to Albert St., south on Albert to LVIV
